Returns and Guarantees
Conditions to exercise the right to make returns
- The claim must be made within a maximum term of five (5) business days following the delivery of the product.
- Changes will only be made for a piece of another size, same model or part price. The customer must return the original purchase invoice or certificate, along with the items purchased in good condition and any promotional items that may have been offered as a gift to the customer.
- The product must be in original conditions, with all its packaging and labeling elements, in conditions that demonstrate that the product has not been used and / or altered by the customer.
- It is the responsibility of the client, having previously informed Belisa Pulido and following the punctual instructions of the same to make the purchase change at the cost of the business.

Items whose unit value is more than U$ 100 have a limited warranty of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of purchase; with the exception of those articles for which its description on the Belisa Pulido website expresses a different guarantee than the previously specified term.
Damage caused by:
- Garments subjected to high ironing temperatures.
- Negligence, abuse or mistreatment in the use of garments: Damage caused by normal wear or tear of materials caused by improper use of the product, tripping, burning, rubbing or friction of the product against hard surfaces, among others, are not a cause of guarantee. ; stains caused by improper cleaning or those caused by liquids and / or articles other than those suggested in the washing instructions; neglect or abuse of stipulated precautions and operating instructions; mistreatment such as scratches, scratches and chemical alterations.
The guarantee of any type of product does not include the removal of a lining in good condition; shipping cost when returning the item; or no other additional cost.
If the product fails due to manufacturing defects or premature damage to its materials, our first option will be to repair the product free of charge. If the product is unsuitable for repair, or if the cost of fixing it exceeds the market value of the product, we will replace it. In the event that there is no necessary stock at the time of the claim, a voucher will be issued in the name of the client for a new purchase valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of delivery.
